Products (including samples) returned are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Returns:

  • Our returns period is 14 days from date of invoice, including all samples. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • All returns MUST be unworn, unwashed and have the original packaging, swing tags attached and in re-sellable folded condition, including loose pockets with polos, and cardboard accessories with business shirts.
  • Products cannot be returned once they have been customised in any way, including being embroidered or screen-printed, unless there is a manufacturing fault.
  • Prior to returning any items for refund or exchange a returns form MUST be completed and sent with your returning items. For a return form please email accounts@thinkuniforms.co.nz. We are not responsible for any returned items that do not follow this process

Refunds & Exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 days. For refunds a credit will be applied to your original method of payment or can be used as a credit for your next order. If your item is rejected due to not meeting the above returns criteria we will email you advising the options available.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Freight

  • Customers will be responsible for all freight costs.
  • Returning items to Think Uniforms we recommend for your security using a Track and Trace shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery.
  • If your original order qualified for freight-free delivery, any additional exchanges on the same order will incur a freight charge.
  • All products must be wrapped and protected to avoid damage.

Care Instructions

Please ensure you have carefully read the warnings and care label on receipt of product. Think Uniforms cannot accept any responsibility for damages if the warning and care labels instructions were not followed.

Fitting

All measurements provided are approximate and for reference only. The size conversion chart is a guide only, actual sizing may vary according to the style and fit of the garment. If you have a large team/group to fit out, we recommend ordering a sizing kit – one of each size prior to placing your order, or please get in contact with us and we can help assist with this.
